YCvisas provides form completion and courier services based on your input and foreign consulates/embassies’ instructions, but does not provide legal advice. Please seek a licensed legal advisor for any legal advice specific to your needs.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms to use our Services. By using our Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.

4. Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information when using our Services. YCvisas is not responsible for any inaccuracies or errors in the information provided by users, and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who provides false or misleading information.

5. Fees and Payments

Fees for our Services are provided on the Site and are subject to change without notice. You agree to pay all applicable fees for the Services you request. Payment for Services must be made in full at the time of request.

6. Refunds

Upon YCvisas' submission of a travel document request to an issuing authority on your behalf, our service fees become non-refundable. Orders canceled prior to submission will incur YCvisas' service fees. Following submission to the appropriate government agency, full fees will be applicable. Early withdrawal of the application may result in additional cancellation fees.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of YCvisas and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not use, reproduce, or distribute any content from the Site without our prior written consent.

8. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and disclose your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall YCvisas be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to lost profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Site or Services.
